Selling my 1984 GMC 2500 Van Camper/Conversion Van

The van runs and drives good. The first owners owned it from 1984-2015 and kept it mostly unused and stored in a climate controlled storage shed. The second owner purchased in 2015 and put on the next 40,000 miles traveling across the United States over the last few years. I am the third owner and since have had it for over 2 years and rarely drive it now as I have a 4Runner I used instead. The Autocheck report shows 8 owners from North Dakota. This is not correct and is verified by viewing the title numbers in the Autocheck report – all the title numbers are the same up until 2015. It is time for a new home where it will be able to be properly used.

-Clean in and out — no rust, no stains (a few blemishes shown in photos)

-Functioning blinds and curtains on windows-Extra set of sun visors and photoed

-Bench seat fold down into bed-The original table (see photos)

Items to note:

-The AC currently does not blow cold. The fans work, seems to be needing a recharge.

-There is a slight power steering leak. It may need a new Power Steering pump or a new steering box.

-Some minor cracks on some fiberglass pieces – view pictures

-Some paint sun fade and clear coat peeling – view pictures

-Normal interior/seat wear

-The door and rear speakers are showing age, may want to replace them at some point in the near future

-The roof clock does not turn on/work

-This is a 38+ year old vehicle. It shows age and wear, yet for the age it is still in great condition!

Vehicle is currently registered in Minnesota, where the van and I are originally from. Van is currently located in San Diego, CA.I do not have the middle captain’s chairs.

She’s been taken care of, regular maintenance, $$$ in upgrades, lots of love. She has a lot of life left in her, but she does need some work. She is carbureted vs. fuel injected so if you have experience with that, great, you know she may need a few pumps and tries to get going when cold. I haven’t taken her on a long trip in 6 months or so, I do drive the van periodically however to keep things moving around.
