Totally gutted and restored. New panneling, new wood behind panels, new insulation, all new electrical, new ceiling, new rubberized roof. Original aqua sink, stove and toilet. new sub floor, and vinyl floor is new, but has minor wear. No AC or heat .. We worked very hard on this little baby, from the ground up, and she is in great shape!
