Only weighs about 4000 lbs. , 81″ wide. New heavy duty 7×15 trailer tires with only 600ish miles on them, pulls easy.  Some dents , small one in front and one on rear top . Mostly  original interior .  Interior needs some restoration .  Most of the real wood in interior is in good condition and looks like most can be restored. Carpet is nasty, dirty , stinky and probably from the 60’s or 70’s. Stereo doesn’t work. Front vent hood needs replacement.   Water and septic systems not checked, everything is intact ,old ceramic toilet probably needs replacement.  Floor feels good except by front door and in rear by battery compartment.  Most lights work, some bulbs need replacement. Has battery charger and converter.
