The trailer is in great shape for its age. There are no leaks whatsoever and the floors and belly pan are in great shape. The linoleum floor tiles are original and have some wear and a few cracks here and there -not a big deal A/C blew cold a year ago when we tried it Sleek mid century mahogany wood interior Cushions and upholstery are in excellent condition
