GOOD CONDITION INSIDE AND OUT (especially for 47 years old).Exterior has been repainted (receipts for the auto paint are dated year 2001). Mostly original condition, with some updates: cook-top is likenew, the fridge is newer (unknown when replaced). All original cabinetry,cushions, curtains, etc. in good condition. There is evidence the rear roofvent was left open and rainwater entered, running down to the upper cabinets,where minor (amateur) repair work was done The rear emergency exithandle is missing.
