new roof vent, removed outside stickers, added modern electric with breaker box and 30 amp service with campground ready plug in plus adapter to plug into an extension cord for home.  Has couch in back that folds into bed and front table area could be made into a bed. Has 12 volt deep cycle battery system that powers lights also. Gas stove (never used-condition unknown). No bathroom or toilet. Bonus-has brand new portable floor rolling ac unit with remote-never used! Four jacks to steady. Very litle apparent water damage. Great to fix up and pull behind vintage car or truck or doll up for backyard getaway.
