This camper is garaged kept; it never sees rain unless it rains on us camping. It is 102″ wide, so the inside living area is much roomier than other 96″ models. We added a second air conditioner in the bed room; it cools like a dream. I would list things that are wrong with it, but there is nothing that isn’t “like brand new.” Storage area is numerous.
