This is an item at Tallahassee East Campground in Florida. It was used by a Canadian couple, a few weeks a year during the winter. They have stopped coming South due to health reasons, and they won’t move permanently because of the additional cost they have to pay for health insurance when they are outside of Canada; if you understand how that works. The awning was replaced in the past couple of years. The toilet & water heater have been replaced with conventional ones.
