This is a 2008 Sun Valley Road Runner Travel Trailer, model XL259FS.  The overall length from back bumper to tip of tongue is 28.5 feet.  It was new when we bought it and has always been stored inside when not in use.  It has been used very little and is in excellent shape both inside and out. This camper has a large awning, a slide out, the spare tire has never been used and tires are at least 90% tread.  The stove top, oven and shower/tub have never been used.
