First the chassis, it’s a former transit bus. Has a low floor which gives you super high ceilings without a roof raise. You also get air ride suspension. It has a Cummins ISL engine and Voith Transmission. It’s a great combo for reliability and bus goes 75 no problem. Odometer reads under 10,000 miles. But chassis has about 350k. I don’t have any idea when motor work was done or history, but engine bay is extremely clean and bus needs ZERO mechanically. Engine has had an overhaul done at some point for sure, unfortunately wasn’t able to get any history when I bought it. Recent oil change, air filter, fuel filter, coolant flush, crankcase filter. Tires are good but almost to the 7 year mark for age. I have driven this bus several thousand miles and feel very comfortable with it going anywhere.
Most of the windows have been deleted, some were left with upper part only (bedroom) and they open for ventilation. The window shades in living room area and one that goes across windshield area help a lot during super high temps. Bus has 4” insulation on all floors and walls have been spray foamed. Water tanks are inside and never freeze. It’s truly a 4 season bus. Emergency hatch has a screen (great for summer nights)
Bus has 2 AC units. One is a Mr Cool mini split that gives you heat and air at 12,000 btu’s. The other in living room area is a RecPro 48v 9,500 btu unit. They both have heat pumps and are extremely efficient. I rarely use the second one except when it’s 90 plus outside. Both have remotes and the MrCool can be controlled from anywhere (cellular/wifi connnected).
For winter heat bus has 2 webasto heaters. The Evo40 puts out 13,640 btu’s of heat and is under twin sized bunk and vents out below bunk and also from step in living room. The Evo55 produces 17,000 btu’s. They are both plumbed into buses diesel tank. They both have Bluetooth controls as well as wall mounted thermostats.
Electrical, everything is Victron, 48v 3000VA inverter charger, 150v60a MPPT charger controller, 48v to 12v converter at 30 amps for everything 12 volts. And a Cerbo GX with touch screen that you can monitor from anywhere. BlueSea 30amp service panel with 6 breakers for everything 120v. All outlet wiring was done with 10awg marine wire. All you need is a 48v battery. It’s pre wired for one under TV in living/kitchen room. Has 6x 390 watt Trina solar panels mounted to unistrut on roof, they are very secure and unistrut allow for swapping them easy if ever damaged by hail.
Lighting, I kept the original ducts that run length of bus, this allows you to run wires and add anything by down the road. There are panels that open which make it quite easy. The bus has factory led lights that can turn on or off while bus is on. I added some Govee light strips on each side, they can be any color imaginable. There are also 2 Atomi sconces one in living area and one in bedroom. Everything is controlled via an app or a smart device like Google or Alexa. There are also smaller lights through bus that are either white or blue and also dimmable by tough button.
Queen size bed in the back, and custom twin long bunk. 75 gallon fresh water tank under queen bed and 30 gallon grey is under laundry area. Seafood 55 Series water pump with accumulator. You can either use water pump or connect from garden hose. Fresh water fill on passenger side. City water on driver side.
Has a Separett Villa composting toilet with urine diverter (to grey tank) Toilet has never been used.
All you need is to provide internet, but I have you all setup for that too. Roof mounted Sierra Wireless 9in1 antenna and Inside a Sierra Wireless XR90 modem, just insert sim from any carrier.
Living room has 43” 4k TV. Bedroom has a 28” 4k Samsung Motitor (use Apple TV and home pod myself). Twin bed has 28” smart tv. Apple TV and HomePod not included.
Buses hot water comes from a Renai tankless water heater. This is the first tankless I’ve ever had and it’s been amazing!!! It gets propane from the 40 gallon tank above engine (yes it’s close to exhaust, I shut off valve while driving, it doesn’t even get remotely warm back there and I have zero worries. It’s worked for 2 years and I have no regrets with system. You can heat I’d guess 3000 gallons of water on a tank.
Bathtub/shower, went with this because I didn’t want to build a custom shower, kind of ended up doing that anyways with the tub surround. The bathtub works great and has jets and multi colors lights. Shower wand is removable for an easy quick shower. How many buses has a deep soaking jetted tub?? Another item I don’t regret one minute.
Think that is about as much as I can thing of at time of listing. Please ask any questions you may have. My asking price is well under what I have into bus. So if you’re looking for something like a skoolie, I’d recommend this bus.
