Nice Pace Arrow up for grabs just in time for spring! Just back from an 1800 mile trip to NM and it ran perfect. Sleeps 6. Has the rare 2 singles in the rear bedroom, sleeper dinette & pull out sofa. Fridge, microwave, stove, heat all work great! Awning in great shape and exterior is very nice. Here is a list of everything that has been installed by us: -2 brand new roof top a/c units. Not used, nice Coleman units installed. -2 brand new front tires, back tires in great shape. -2 new batteries. -new driver’s window motor. -new motor in electric steps. -new idler arms – 2 new flat screen t.v.’s & DVD players. -new windscreen washer motor. -roof just coated twice, perfect condition. The fabric on the seats, sofa and dinette show signs of sun damage , but no rips or tears or stains. The RV has a 454 engine and a P30 Chevy Chasis. It has about 70k miles.
