Excellent used VW Westfalia full camper here. Under 10,000 miles on a GO WESTY 2.2L engine upgrade and rebuilt German Transaxle freeway flyer transmission. Runs excellent, I would drive anywhere , right now. Cruises easily at 65 MPH.

Ive had this VW Camper for a couple of years now. Last year, I put in a new 2.2L GoWesty 2.2L ‘big bore’ engine, and rebuilt (German Transaxle) freeway flyer 4 speed transmission.

Van itself is all original , original paint, original interior , not cut up or rewired, or have holes drilled in it, no bondo, no rust. All lights work, new bluetooth stereo . Power steering. Everything works, *except* for refrigerator on gas (works on electricity) , and water pump for sink. Stove works. Pop top tent getting tired , but still totally serviceable.

Just took on a 700 mile trip last weekend down the coast, without a hiccup. Runs great, cruises at 60/ 65 no problem. Much faster than a stock van with stock engine.

No leaks at all, very reliable. I have x 3 of these for sale right now. This is my favorite, and as soon as one sells I will keep the other x 2 . I hope I get to keep this one.

I love these little campers, and they are great investments as well as being fun/ amusing family subjects. I would not hesitate to drive this van anywhere, right now. Zero issues, and a pleasant drive.
