Needless to say, the trailer is 58 years old Vintage. However, the trailer is in exceptional condition and is a worthy candidate for a full complete restoration. Or just fix up and use right away—minimal repairs. The trailer has been stored indoors in a warehouse unused for many years since its last resto. The entire subfloor was replaced 12 years ago. The subfloor is solid and intact. No dry rot anywhere. Trailer is very solid-no frame rust-solid subfloor-solid skeletal frame-good smooth interior wall panels—great shape.
