The Generator, slide, air conditioner, shower, hot water heater, heat, stove, refrigerator, plumbing, all critical components of the home are in full operational condition. *The awning extends and retracts with ease and is not torn. *Everything functions on the chassis part of the vehicle. *Cabin A/C is charged and freezing cold, blower motor and resistor are new. * Tires are new. Batteries are new. I replaced the front hub/rotors, pads, wheel bearings and calipers. All fresh. *Undercarriage is solid front to back. This vehicle spent most of its life in Florida, then it ended up in Connecticut/Rhode Island
