The exterior is in very good condition with a nice Zip Dee awning. The trailer has been stored in a heated warehouse.  The interior is very clean and doesn’t show signs of wear.  There are twin beds in the rear and a center bath. There is a jack knife sofa in the front and storage everywhere.  Upgrades or replaced  from original include: Norcold refrigerator, power tongue jack, microwave, toilet, Fantastic vent, laminate flooring, new batteries and more.
