The things that need work are. The roof top ac units have not been used for several years and do not blow cold. The automatic steps do not come out. The water pump is not working. Should be repaired or replaced soon. There is a crack in the very bottom of the passenger side windshield.  The entire driver side exterior has a good covering of graffiti. I havent tried to remove it yet but it might need to be repainted to cover up. There is a hitch and spare tire rack on rear as well as a solid built in ladder for roof access.
