Vintage charm of this beauty is maintained, and it has spent much of its life in the dry climate of NW Colorado.  Sleeps four, with the bath to the rear.  Original cabinets remain and most are in great working condition.  Original two fold-down couches professionally cleaned.  Original carpeting has been removed to facilitate inspection of the subfloor, which is in good, solid condition.  Frame has been inspected and is in good condition.
