I bought this Park Trailer two years ago for my son; he stayed in the trailer whenever he was in Texas.  He has now decided to stay in Oaklahoma so we have no use for the trailer. It is in very good condition. There is one small scrape on the right rear of the trailer; you can see it in the pictures.  Other than that, perfect! It comes complete with everything you need to live in it or camp in it, even has the electric fireplace and ceiling fans.  The only item you will need to purchase id a queen size mattress. The couch is a hide-a-bed, it has not been used. It comes with a washer and dryer.  You will notice that the dryer is sitting in the living room.  The wash machine is hooked up.  We bought the dryer but my son never installed it.  The electrical and shelf are already in the same closet as the wash machine.  You will just need to run a vent for the dryer, if you chose to install it. We originally bought the Trailer from North Carolina.  We paid $450 to have it towed to Texas.  The company that towed it used a F350 Ford pickup to tow it out here. We have never used the storage tanks; it is hooked directly to the water and sewer.  It does have tanks, if you chose to use it for remote camping.
