This motorhome is in very good mechanical condition, with less than 50,000 original miles!

We bought this 4 years ago and have since installed:
A sway bar steering assist
Bilstein shocks
New ceiling fan covers
Front passenger seat and driver’s seat have been reupholstered in beige ultra-suede (the passenger seat had a tear in it when we bought it so both seats were done in order to match)
Maintenance on engine and transmission were performed obsessively and coach drives great

This motorhome is outfitted with:
One large slide (doubles the size of the living room, extends on driver’s side)
Large patio awning on passenger side
Jasper Reman automatic transmission
Bilstein Shocks
powerful Triton v10 engine (runs flawlessly)
rear view camera

Mechanical:
Triton V10 Engine with only 49,399 miles on it runs great
Plugs and coil boots were changed in 2016 by the previous owner.
Jasper Reman automatic transmission shifts smoothly and quietly
There is a 2 inch receiver and a 6 pin plug on unit capable of towing a minivan with ease.

Interior:
The refrigerator runs on gas or electric and works great!
Fantastic ceiling fans work well and have rain sensors that close if it rains.
There is a propane stove top that works.
Dual rooftop ac units work great as well as dash ac!!
Propane furnace works great.
Carbon monoxide and propane detectors work.
The cabinetry throughout is beautiful solid wood with corian countertops in the kitchen and lots of mirrors.
There’s a queen sized bed in back as well as pullout couch in living room. This motorhome sleeps 4!!
All chairs swivel as well as the recliner in the living room.
An adjustable height table has been put in kitchen area since it’s more kid friendly but the original table and two cushion chairs are available.
The commode and water system work great.
A brand new gallon electric/gas hot water heater was added in 2016.
Day/night shades on windows.
Built in coffee maker.
24” flat screen TV from 2017 included
Tv antenna on roof.
Lots of storage space in and out.

No leaks on unit.

Outside:
Overall outside condition is so-so, with some paint faded and a scratch in the lower doors fiberglass body on passenger side rear. Damage is cosmetic and does not affect usability or function at all. It is fiberglass and can easily be repaired, but we bought it like that and it never bothered us, so we left it as it was. The body is fiberglass, so there’s no rust.
Motorhome is equipped with one large slide (doubles the size of the living room, extends on driver’s side)
Large patio awning on passenger side
