Listed for sale is my 1997 Ford Coachmen class B motorhome

First, the driver side rear quarter has some rust developed at the point where the sewer hose compartment is cut in. The passenger side has no rust. The bottoms of all the doors are perfect and show no signs of corrosion. I was going to drop the vehicle off at Rust O Rama and let them cut out all the bad stuff and put in new metal. I ended up buying a newer model for a trip to Florida as time would be a concern and I wanted a generator installed as well.

Now the good. Mechanically, the vehicle is perfect and has been meticulously maintained. Recently I have put in over $7,000.00 in repairs. I do not want to break down and I address mechanical issues preemptively. Some recent parts are new Michelin tires (less than 2000 miles), new brakes front and rear (including calipers, rotors, hoses, pads, ect), radiator, power steering cooler and hoses, radius arm bushings, sway bar bushings, tie rod, drag link, steering box, steering shaft, premium shocks, spark plugs, spark plug coil packs, coach battery and many more. I have all records of maintenance. The vehicle has always been run with synthetic oil and fluids have been changed regularly. Headlights have been changed to DDM HID. The house battery has been changed to a bank of 3 AGM batteries. Van has a towing package with brake controller. The van does not leak fluids and everything in it works as it should.

The interior is clean, there are no odors and the upholstery is excellent. This motorhome is well equipped with a three way refrigerator, water heater, indoor and outdoor shower, roof top a/c with electric heat strip, propane furnace, sink, HD TV with HDMI input and built in DVD player, marine flush toilet, portable vacuum, two burner propane range, microwave oven. The van drives excellent.
